These items, crafted for your kitchen using only the essentials—earth, water, and air—are wood-fired, per tradition, at a relatively low temperature of 600-800° C (1112°-1472° F). The energy of this collection, its fundamental character, derives from this fact: the ancient fire of an ancestral art.Earthenware becomes more resilient in the course of everyday use, and its porous surfaces seal themselves before long by the same token.
